The GY-169 INA169 Current Sensor Module is a high-side current monitor designed to provide precise measurements in a compact form factor. Based on the robust INA169 chip from Texas Instruments, this sensor converts the differential voltage across a load (via a shunt resistor) into an easy-to-read analog voltage output.

High-Side Sensing Advantage

Unlike low-side sensors that disrupt the ground path, the INA169 is a “high-side” monitor. This means it measures current on the positive power line (up to 60V), keeping your system’s ground connection stable and noise-free—critical for audio amps, battery chargers, and precision motor controllers.
