BMP 180 Pressure Sensor Module Arduino
₹31.00 excl GST
The BMP180 Digital Barometric Sensor Module, compatible with Arduino, serves as a valuable tool for measuring the absolute pressure in the environment, offering diverse applications.
By converting the measured pressure into altitude, this sensor becomes a reliable resource for determining the height of robots, aircraft, or projectiles. With the BMP180, achieving an impressive accuracy of 1 meter is possible, accompanied by an ultra-high resolution noise of only 17cm.
Operating with a minimal current draw of just 0.3uA, the BMP180 is ideal for battery-powered applications, ensuring energy efficiency. This sensor comes pre-calibrated and ready for use, featuring an I2C interface for seamless integration. Optional I2C pull-ups are available, easily enabled through the PU (pull-up) jumper on the board for added convenience during breadboarding.
Utilizing I2C communication, the BMP180 provides pressure and temperature readings as 16-bit values. These values, combined with calibration data within the device, contribute to a temperature-compensated altitude calculation.
Key Features:
1. Supply Voltage: 1.8V to 3.6V.
2. I2C interface for easy connectivity.
3. Fully calibrated for immediate use.
4. Very low noise, achieving up to 0.02hPa (17cm) precision.
5. Compact and user-friendly design for versatile applications.
