The Ai-Thinker VC-02 module is a low-cost pure offline speech recognition module designed for embedded voice-control applications. Developed by Ai-Thinker Technology, it is based on the Unisound US516P6 voice processor, delivering reliable and efficient voice recognition without requiring an internet connection.

The VC-02 integrates a 32-bit RISC architecture core, DSP instruction set, floating-point processing unit (FPU), and an FFT accelerator. This tight integration of hardware and speech algorithms enables fast and accurate offline recognition while maintaining low power consumption and cost.

Supporting up to 150 local offline voice commands, the VC-02 is suitable for smart homes, small household appliances, lighting systems, toys, control panels, and other voice-enabled products. With its compact size and rich peripheral interfaces, the module is easy to integrate into a wide range of embedded systems.
