The Ai-Thinker VC-02-Kit is a development board designed specifically for the VC-02 offline speech recognition module. It shares the same hardware platform as the VC-01-Kit and integrates a CH340C USB-to-serial interface, enabling convenient debugging and firmware upgrades through a USB connection.

The development board includes status indicator lights for wake-up and operation states, allowing easy monitoring and control during development. The VC-02 module itself is built around the Unisound US516P6 voice processor, which combines a 32-bit RISC core, DSP instruction set, floating-point processing unit, and an FFT accelerator to deliver reliable and fast offline speech recognition.

Supporting up to 150 local offline voice commands, the VC-02-Kit enables voice interaction without requiring internet connectivity. This makes it suitable for smart home products, household appliances, toys, lighting systems, control panels, and other embedded voice-control applications.
