Working Principle

The module monitors the voltage of the connected 2S lithium battery pack and uses the measured voltage level to provide an approximate indication of the remaining battery capacity.

When the battery is connected, the module powers its digital display directly from the battery. As the battery voltage changes during charging or discharging, the displayed battery level changes accordingly.

For a fully charged 2S lithium battery pack, the voltage can reach approximately 8.4V, and the display will show the full-level indication. As the battery voltage decreases, fewer display segments are illuminated to indicate a lower battery level.

The module is a battery voltage indicator, so the displayed percentage should be treated as an approximate indication rather than an exact measurement of remaining battery capacity.

Using the Module

1. Identify the positive and negative terminals of the 2S battery pack.
2. Connect the module’s positive terminal to battery positive.
3. Connect the module’s negative terminal to battery negative.
4. The digital display will turn on automatically.
5. Observe the display to check the approximate battery level.

Always verify the battery polarity before connection, even though the module includes reverse-connection protection.
