The Ai Thinker Ra-08H is a high-performance LoRa module designed for long-range, low-power wireless communication across a frequency range of 803–930MHz, ideal for IoT and LPWAN applications. Built around the ASR6601 SoC, it integrates a 32-bit RISC MCU, RF transceiver, and modem into a compact SMD-18 package, making it a perfect fit for smart metering, remote irrigation, home automation, and security systems.

With support for multiple modulation techniques including LoRa, (G)FSK, BPSK, and (G)MSK, and ultra-low power modes (as low as 0.9μA in deep sleep), this module ensures efficient and reliable communication in even the most power-sensitive environments.
