Product Description

The BU04 UWB module is a high-precision dual-antenna ultra-wideband (UWB) positioning module developed by Shenzhen Anxinke Technology Co., Ltd. It is based on Decawave’s DW3000 series UWB chipset and integrates an STM32F103 microcontroller, providing a compact and powerful solution for accurate indoor and industrial positioning systems.

The BU04 supports dual onboard antennas as well as dual external IPEX antennas, offering flexible antenna configurations without the need for RF secondary design. It is compliant with IEEE 802.15.4-2015 UWB and IEEE 802.15.4z (BPRF mode) standards and supports channel 5 and channel 9 operation.

Designed for Two-Way Ranging (TWR), TDOA, and PDOA positioning systems, the BU04 delivers positioning accuracy up to 10 cm with data rates of up to 6.8 Mbps. Its integrated MAC, hardware AES-256 encryption, adjustable transmission power, and RTLS support make it suitable for high-density tag environments and large-scale positioning deployments.

The module is widely used in indoor positioning, warehouse asset tracking, hospital personnel positioning, underground coal mine positioning, and other precision location applications.
