TD-8135MG 35KG 180° High Torque Digital Metal Gear Servo Motor

The TD-8135MG 35KG 180° Digital Metal Gear Servo Motor is a powerful high-torque servo designed for robotics, RC models, robotic arms, humanoid robots, quadruped robots and other applications requiring high mechanical strength and accurate position control.

The servo operates over a wide 4.8V to 8.4V supply range and can deliver a peak stall torque of approximately 32.7 kg·cm at 4.8V and 35.2 kg·cm at 8.4V. Its digital control system provides precise positioning while supporting approximately 180° of angular movement.

The TD-8135MG features a reinforced 5-metal-gear transmission, which provides improved wear resistance and durability compared with conventional plastic gear servos. It also uses dual ball bearings (2BB) for smoother shaft movement and improved mechanical stability.

A combination of engineering-grade PBT plastic and an aluminium-alloy middle housing helps improve structural strength while maintaining a standard-size servo form factor. The servo is also splash-water resistant, making it suitable for many demanding robotic and RC applications.

High Torque Performance

The TD-8135MG provides considerably higher torque than standard hobby servos, making it useful where larger mechanical loads must be moved or held. When operated at 8.4V, it can provide a peak stall torque of approximately 35.2 kg·cm.

For reliable high-load operation, a dedicated high-current servo power supply should be used because the servo can draw approximately 3.8A under stall conditions at 8.4V.
