Light to Frequency Converter – TSL235R

Description:

The TSL235R is a light-to-frequency converter manufactured by SparkFun Electronics. It produces a square wave (50% duty cycle) with a frequency that is directly proportional to light intensity (irradiance). The device is temperature-compensated for the ultraviolet-to-visible light range of 320 nm to 700 nm and responds to light in the range of 320 nm to 1050 nm.
