No return/Replacement will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. - Due to the nature of the items we sell on the website we do not accept returns once the order is shipped. Retuns are applicable only in case of wrong product delivery or Item with manufacturing Defect. Returns are applicable against
- Wrong Delivery or Item Mismatch subject to notification of the same witin 2 days of the delivery
- If product is damaged or broken, contact us with in 48 hours otherwise no return claims will be entertained.
- To return your product in case of wrong items or manufacturing defect, you should drop a mail to sales@robosap.in with the order details and reason for return request and detailed description of the issue. The Further procedure will be notified over the mail.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The issue arises due to incorrect programming, code uploading errors, or wrong connections during testing.
- We cannot provide programming or code-related support, nor can we take responsibility for issues caused by incorrect coding or improper connections.
Customers are advised to refer to the official datasheet, manufacturer documentation, or other verified technical resources for proper usage and programming guidance.
Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received (applicable only for damaged products as per the return policy) and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the item.
After the inspection, you will be notified whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, bank account, etc.) within 1–14 working days.
If, upon inspection, the returned product is found to be in proper working condition, it will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
In such cases, the item will be shipped back to you, and the customer will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
Check your bank account again to confirm if the refund has been credited.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund appears in your account.
Order Cancellation Policy
Before the Order Has Been Shipped
If a customer wishes to cancel an order before it has been shipped, a flat 2% order cancellation fee will apply for the payment gateway charges which we have incurred. The refund amount will be processed after deducting this cancellation charge.
Refunds are generally initiated within 24 hours, but the time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s original payment method depends on the payment gateway and may vary between 1–14 working days.
After the Order Has Been Shipped
If the order has already been shipped and the customer wishes to cancel it:

The order cannot be cancelled once it has left our premises.

However, the customer may refuse to accept the delivery and request the courier to return the parcel to the sender, without opening the package.
Once the returned parcel is received at our office, the refund will be initiated within 2 business days.
In such cases, the customer will be charged for the following:

5% order cancellation fee

The refund amount will be the balance remaining after deducting the above charges.
