Myoware Muscle Sensor Module

The MyoWare Muscle Sensor represents the latest iteration of the Muscle Sensor, featuring a redesigned wearable form factor that allows direct connection of biomedical sensor pads to the board, eliminating the need for cumbersome cables.

This updated board introduces several new features, including a single-supply voltage of +3.1V to +5V, RAW EMG output, polarity-protected power pins, indicator LEDs, and, finally, an On/Off switch.

Moreover, we have developed several shields (Cable, Power, and Proto) that can attach to the MyoWare Muscle Sensor, enhancing its versatility and functionality!

Traditionally used for medical research, electromyography (EMG) measures muscle activity by detecting its electrical potential. The advancement of smaller yet more powerful microcontrollers and integrated circuits has expanded the applications of EMG circuits and sensors to various control systems.
