SHIPPING
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship through different courier partners depending on your pincode and the service area. If your area is not servicable we ship through speed post We ship throug economy shipping. If your order is bound to timelines please contact us before placing the order.
Do You Ship Internationally?
No. At preset we do not accept International Orders. We ship only in India
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Once your order is shipped, it is expected to arrive within 7 to 12 days, depending on the destination. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to courier delays or regional logistics issues. Customers are advised to track their shipments using the tracking number provided after dispatch.
All in-stock orders (or those with a specified processing time) are generally shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Please note that our responsibility ceases once the goods leave our premises. We are not responsible for any transit delays, courier breakdowns, or unforeseen transportation issues that may occur occasionally. Delivery timelines are managed by third-party courier partners, and we do not have control over expedited or delayed deliveries once the goods are shipped.
We usually ship using economy courier services.

PAYMENT
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We currently accept payments through Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking.
All orders are prepaid, and payment must be completed at the time of purchase.
Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at present.
Is Buying robosap.in Safe?

Order & Returns
How do I place an Order?
You can place order using the website if it is a retail order. If your buying in bulk, please contact us so that we can provide best prices.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Order once shipped or processed cannot be cancelled or returned. If your order is not shipped and you want to cancel, please drop us a mail on sales@robosap.in to know the status of order. We can cancel the order only if it is not processed or shipped. For charges and other details please refer our Return and Refund Policy
Do I need an account to place an order?
You need to create an account to place the order.
How Do I Track My Order?
Order once shipped can be tracked using the tracking number provided when the order is shipped. Please note it may take time upto 24 hours for the tracking details to be updated on the site once shipped.
How Can I Return a Product?
Returns are applicable only for products with manufacturing defect. If any such defect is found, please write to sales@robosap.in within 2 days of receipt of the product. We are always happy to assist our customers; however, please note that we do not provide technical or coding-related support for products.
While we may offer guidance if it falls within our scope of expertise, this should not be interpreted as a commitment or obligation to provide full technical assistance.
For technical queries, users are strongly advised to refer to the product’s technical documentation or the manufacturer’s reference materials for accurate and detailed information.

DIY Project Kits
Are the project kits in ready stock?
It depends from project to project. Most of the project kits should be shipped in 3 to 4 days once the order is placed. However the shipping time for the mecahnical project kits is more and is mentioned on the product detail page. Please check the shipping lead time before placing the order or else contact us.
Do you provide technical support?
Yes we do provide technical support for each and every project kit ordered on our website.
Do you provide project support on our Ideas?
If you have an idea please contact us through chat support or whatsapp. We will go through the idea and quote if it is possible from our end.
Is COD available for project Kits.
No due to the nature of the project kits, we do not offer Cash On Delivery(COD) on project Kits. We start fabrication of the projects only when the payment of the project is received.
What are the shipping charges and Methods
Shipping for project kits is free all over India. We ship through reputed courier partners. If the project weight is below 1Kg we ship through Air or else the projects will be shipped through surface courier service.
