We are looking for Freshers for a Website Administrator / Ecommerce Executive to manage and maintain our ecommerce platform robosap.in, which is one of the fastest growing platform in AI Hardware, robotics and electronics domain. The selected candidate will play a key role in handling website operations, sales coordination, customer queries, social media updates, and basic technical documentation.

This role is ideal for BCA / B.Com / BBA candidates with good working knowledge of computers, websites, and online business operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

The selected candidate is expected to:

• Manage and update product listings on the robosap.in website (product details, pricing, images, stock status).
• Handle customer sales queries received via website, email, WhatsApp, and phone.
• Prepare and share sales quotations, invoices, and order-related documents.
• Coordinate order processing, dispatch tracking, and basic customer support.
• Make basic website content updates such as banners, offers, product descriptions, and pages.
• Work on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp) for product updates, offers, and announcements.
• Assist in preparing basic technical documentation, product descriptions, manuals, and tutorials with support from the technical team.
• Maintain records related to sales, enquiries, quotations, and customer communication.
• Work closely with the technical and management team in day-to-day startup operations.

An Ideal Candidate Should Have

• Qualification: BCA / B.Com / BBA or equivalent
• Good working knowledge of computers and the internet.
• Basic understanding of websites, ecommerce platforms, and online tools.
• Familiarity with MS Office / Google Docs, Excel, Email handling.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content posting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers (written and verbal).
• Willingness to learn technical product details related to electronics and robotics.
• Organized approach to handling multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in a startup environment and adapt quickly.
• Good English communication and writing skills.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of WordPress, ecommerce dashboards, or admin panels.
• Experience in handling online sales or customer support.
• Basic understanding of electronics or technical products is an added advantage.

Job Details

Location: Nipani
Type: Full-time / Internship (Based on candidate profile)
Stipend / Salary: Performance-based (to be discussed)

1. Work on New DIY project kits on IOT, Embedded, and AI domains for our Online Ecommerce Store.
2. Test the Project kits and work on technical documentation of the same
3. Work actively on our upcoming products in IOT and AI domain
4. Carry out RND activities on new projects and Implement it on day to day basis.
5. Work on our social Media Handles to Update the Tutorials for technical Guidance of the Students.
6. Assist students on implementation and solve their queries regarding project implementation.
7. Work actively on technical and managerial aspects in the startup environment
8. Work on technical Documentation, Technical Paper Writing etc

An ideal candidate should

1. Have knowledge of Arduino, and should well versed with at least one programming language(C, Python Prefereably)
2. Basic Knowledge of Electronics with knowledge of hardware assembly and Debugging.
3. Exposure to Machine Learning , Deep learning and Artificial Intellgence is plus.
4. Basic Knowledge of IOT protocols.
5. Ability to work and deliver results under pressure
6. Logical Thinking and Problem Solving Mindset
7. Good communication Skills
8. Good Written Skills in English Language
9. Should be able to work in startup environment
