We are looking for Freshers for a Website Administrator / Ecommerce Executive to manage and maintain our ecommerce platform robosap.in, which is one of the fastest growing platform in AI Hardware, robotics and electronics domain. The selected candidate will play a key role in handling website operations, sales coordination, customer queries, social media updates, and basic technical documentation.

This role is ideal for BCA / B.Com / BBA candidates with good working knowledge of computers, websites, and online business operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

The selected candidate is expected to:

  • Manage and update product listings on the robosap.in website (product details, pricing, images, stock status).
  • Handle customer sales queries received via website, email, WhatsApp, and phone.
  • Prepare and share sales quotations, invoices, and order-related documents.
  • Coordinate order processing, dispatch tracking, and basic customer support.
  • Make basic website content updates such as banners, offers, product descriptions, and pages.
  • Work on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp) for product updates, offers, and announcements.
  • Assist in preparing basic technical documentation, product descriptions, manuals, and tutorials with support from the technical team.
  • Maintain records related to sales, enquiries, quotations, and customer communication.
  • Work closely with the technical and management team in day-to-day startup operations.

An Ideal Candidate Should Have

  • Qualification: BCA / B.Com / BBA or equivalent
  • Good working knowledge of computers and the internet.
  • Basic understanding of websites, ecommerce platforms, and online tools.
  • Familiarity with MS Office / Google Docs, Excel, Email handling.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content posting.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers (written and verbal).
  • Willingness to learn technical product details related to electronics and robotics.
  • Organized approach to handling multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work in a startup environment and adapt quickly.
  • Good English communication and writing skills.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

  • Basic knowledge of WordPress, ecommerce dashboards, or admin panels.
  • Experience in handling online sales or customer support.
  • Basic understanding of electronics or technical products is an added advantage.
